The tag spin tag has an opening and closing tag: [spin] & [/spin] everything inside those tags will be rotated. The words that will be rotated are separated by pipe character.

RANT: I know 80-90% of you will do a half ass job at spinning as you do just enough to get by. You should be spinning these articles as fully as possible. To do it right a 450 word article will take about 45 minutes to properly spin thoroughly and readable. You get out of this what you put into it. The better spun and unique you make it, the better for the whole system. I do not suggest spinning any articles outside this system unless they are for lower lesser known article directories. Do yourself and everyone a favor a spin responsibly.

I also just made a post onto Niche Store Journey about the Free Traffic System, been trying it out the last couple days and have had some good luck sofar.
I agree with you though, people need to thoroughly spin or else it will ruin it for everyone.
You're right, Dave - if you want decent spun content you've really got to work at it - it's the 'garbage in - garbage out' principle at work again. My problem is, I get so obsessive making sure the spins read OK that it takes longer than writing another couple of articles.
It is an art form for sure guys. Also this should not be your sole source of backlinks and you should not over do it too fast. You never know when and if this network will blow away. It is merely a source and if you rank because of it, it will likely help in acquiring natural backlinks by being on page one.
I see a ton of people getting revved up about this, but it is not a new concept at all. Just put in into perspective for what it is as it is just another tool.
Too much of anything in this business is usually bad. Slow, steady and easy should be the plan for everyone.
